Cooling the Bread Loaves

"The odor of the fresh bread was floating all about her. On the clean new shelf that ran across one side of the kitchen stood the other loaves across their pans to cool, beside the sponge cake and pies."

I'm so glad to see an update on this blog, I love how you relate to GLH and share with us your wonderful humor and insight into these books. Would you mind answering a question? How do you process the quotes on these books, do you write them in a special "seasonal" or category section of a notebook? Just curious as to how you remember to share these thoughts with others. Thank you.

As a recent GLH "convert," I just found this blog and have adored reading through it. It looks to be neglected, at least for the time being, so I've decided to pick up the slack.
